This past Sunday, the Albany Capital District Pug Lovers held their 7th Annual Pug Ball and Costume Parade. When I heard this was going down, I HAD to go check it out. I grabbed my friend Amanda, and we went over to the park to giggle at all the adorable pugs in their silly costumes.
