a snow day breakfast

 After enjoying some extra sleep, it's time to brew some fresh Kona coffee.

 And crack a few eggs to make my favorite breakfast of late: an egg white with seasoned tofu omelet. So. Good.

As much as I've enjoyed the three lazy snow days I've had in 2011, I'm begging you Old Man Winter to please lay off. I have no more time to take off from work, please have a little mercy on us all. You're starting to over stay your welcome.
