Mike with one of his christmas gifts - a vintage Pac Man mug
I opened my gifts, and Mike told me there was one more that I had to go find myself. He had hidden it on the tree. He knows how I HATE looking for things (and how bad I am at it). He told me if I wanted it, I would have to find it with no hints. I looked a while, then I saw a little burgundy velvet box tied to the tree like an ornament.
He had bought a wedding set for me to replace the one we borrowed from my Grandmother when we got married last fall. I was not expecting this any time soon. He has great taste, it's the most beautiful ring I've even seen.
I'm so glad I can finally wear a ring that he picked out for me himself.
We went to my parent's house early in the morning to see them. That giant blue present in the back was for Mike.
Emmett helped him open it.

After my parents' house it was on to my brother's to see my nephew, then to see Mike's family.

Aww how nice of M to get your a wedding ring! It's beautiful!! I'm learning how hard it is to get a pet in a photo too...My boyfriend has 3 cats and his mom desperately wants a photo of all 3 of them...I think we are going to have to pick them up and do it. =) Kudos to the pic where it even looks like Emmett is smiling!!
