when we were staying with m's dad and step mom in florida, she made us this delicious parfait for breakfast with fresh fruit, yogurt, and her home made almond granola. it was pretty much the most delicious thing i've ever tasted.
she was nice enough to send us on the road with a tupperware full of the granola, which we munched while we drove. and then when we saw them for christmas, but gift from her was a big tin of the granola!
but now i'm out again. and it's time to try my hand at her recipe. i'm scared it won't be as good, but i can't wait to make it!
