epic road trip, new orleans cemetary

we visited one of the oldest cemeteries in new orleans. this cemetery was flooded during hurricane katrina. in new orleans, they have to bury their dead above ground because the city is below sea level. some of the grave in this cemetery dated back to the 1700s.

  1. I'm in awe of these photos. This reminds me of the movie "Interview with the Vampire". I definitely want to go to New Orleans one day.
