The recipe calls for you to make your own spinach pesto. I don't own a food processor, so I made mine in the blender. Definitely more labor intensive, but eventually I made it!

The recipe from Jeremy & Kathleen made enough for me to eat this for dinner for an ENTIRE week. M wouldn't even try it. He was grossed out by how it looked, but trust me when I tell you it's delicious! This will definitely become a staple in my clean eating diet!
